Editing and Re-formatting My Blog Structure
to Better Align with the Vision I Have
for My Brand-In-Progress 



I've been on a roll with creating and posting blog content over the past week. Between my Personal Plants and Bants Blog and my Digital Portfolio Blog, I am finally starting to get the hang of creating blog posts and utilizing this platform optimally. It's starting to take the shape of something that aligns closer to my vision of it. 


I decided that content aside, the look of my blog was still a long way off from what I wanted it to look like. It was giving an almost juvenile, amateur vibe, and was not portraying the tone I wanted to project.

I still have a lot of work to do in regards to getting my personal blog where I want to get it, both in the formatting, and in the creation of lots of good quality, informative and visually pleasing content. But I'm already loving the difference I'm seeing so far. 

Something I can be proud to call my own is starting to take shape and it is exciting.

Using AI Software- Pika - To Generate Short Video Clips Written by Lauren Molloy on 3 January 2024 Today I discovered Pika , a free new AI program that can generate short video clips with just a prompt. I went into this experience blind, completely unsure of what to do and how to get started. It would have been great to have an instructions page or a tutorial to give you a bit of an idea how to best use the program when trying it for the first time. I think the addition of a feature like that to Pika's website would benefit other new visitors. Using Pika was very much a matter of trial and error- some prompts generated videos that worked cohesively with the prompt, others not so much, and some were a bizarre mash up of things.
